Green Smoothie with Cantaloupe + Raspberry
Serving Size: 1 (16 ounces), ~180 calories
Ingredients
2 cups cantaloupe, sliced
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup water
4-5 ice cubes
1/6th TEAspoon Stevia, or 1 Tbsp of honey or Agave Nectar (optional)

Directions
Combine the cantaloupe, raspberries, spinach, ginger, water and ice into a Blendtec, or good powerful blender until smooth and creamy. Adjust to taste. Notes: Stevia is a plant native to Central and South America. It is 300 times as sweet as sugar, but has zero calories. A little Stevia goes a long way. I recommend the Nu Naturals brand of Stevia in powdered form.
